Three student organizers for the annual AUS Humanities and Social Sciences Conference — to take place January 17 — join Ira in the studio to discuss the behind-the-scenes preparations for the event.
Kaavya Lakshmanan, Jamie Donnici, and Simon Rayek discuss how the one-day conference provides undergraduate students an opportunity to present their arts-related research work. Ira asks them how the conference came to be, and about how students can participate. They also discuss this year’s theme ‘legacy’ and why they chose it.
